We are looking for a Sr. Procurement Manager to join our team! This position will report to the Sr. Director of Corporate Finance & Procurement. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing the plan to align contract timing across our portfolio setting us up for long term success while also analyzing and negotiating large contracts.

How you'll make an impact:

    • You will execute procurement activities such as sourcing suppliers, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing advantageous agreements, while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
    • You will develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across various business units, ensuring their procurement needs are met and fostering collaboration.
    • You will serve as a role model for the procurement team, demonstrating excellent procurement skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication.
    • You will provide guidance and support to peers within the procurement team, sharing your expertise and helping them develop their procurement knowledge and capabilities.
    • You will analyze current group wide spend and create a plan to align contract renewals across the group and execute against it.
    • You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure procurement performance, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.

We could be a match if:

    • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
    • You have 8+ years of experience in a procurement role, including hands-on experience with spend analysis, sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
    • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and build relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
    • You have proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach peers, promote a positive team environment, and lead by example.
    • You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, coupled with the capacity to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
    • You have the ability to thrive in an ambiguous work environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

$162,000 - $175,000 a year
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Seattle, WA. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
