Tinder is looking for a creative and strategic marketer to join our Thailand team. Thailand is one of our most interesting and largest markets in the Southeast Asia region, where Tinder has played a key role in defining how people meet in the modern world. In this role, you will work closely with the Tinder Southeast Asia marketing team on many different aspects, have the opportunity to work and learn across geographies and build diverse marketing skill sets. 

In this role you will:

    • Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns to further strengthen Tinder as a brand of choice in Thailand
    • Work closely with Tinder Thailand Marketing team on executing campaigns, events and activations
    • Collaborate with agencies and partners on in-market events and activations
    • Selecting talent and influencers
      Approving copy, captions and scripts
      Monitoring creative shoot
      Providing timely feedback and ensuring deliverables are met on time
    • Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to see opportunities and threats
    • Own the day-to-day logistics of project plans by owning timelines, budgets, and recaps/reports
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders / team members across the globe including but not limited to legal teams, comms teams, partnerships and senior management

We're looking for:

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or brand development deploying campaigns across all major social platforms and media
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • A strong customer focus and the desire to understand the underlying needs of different Tinder user groups; Have a keen interest in the social networking & online dating space
    • An understanding of social trends happening across Thailand and broader SEA
    • Knowledge or experience of Singapore would be a plus 
    • Strong communicator with a creative bent. Previous marketing experience around creative work, copywriting, design and/or communications would be a strong asset.
    • Experience in working with influencers.
    • Possess a start-up mentality; risk taker in regards to what's possible, and how to enable projects and ideas.
    • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
    • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders internally and externally, both verbally and in writing
    • A great teammate, who holds themselves and others accountable
    • Native in Thai and proficient in English
