Know where you belong. Match Group is a leading provider of dating services across the globe. Our portfolio includes Tinder, Match, Hinge, PlentyOfFish, The League, and others, each designed to spark meaningful connections for singles worldwide. Creating a sense of belonging doesn’t stop at our platforms - it’s the foundation of every team we hire.
When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our New York City office 3 days/week.
How you'll make an impact:
- Support the Corporate Finance team in preparing executive-level presentations, including monthly forecasts and annual budgets for the consolidated Match Group.
- Manage the consolidation of financial data across Match Group’s business units (Tinder, Hinge, Evergreen & Emerging [E&E], and MG Asia), collaborating with teams to validate forecast assumptions and identify key trends.
- Prepare financial materials for executive leadership, including forecasts, Board of Directors presentations, earnings reports, and content for external stakeholders such as investors and rating agencies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support cash management, expense tracking, and free cash flow initiatives.
- Maintain and update monthly forecast models for departmental budgets, perform variance analysis in other areas of the P&L, and recommend budget/forecast adjustments as needed
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to evaluate business performance and assess investment opportunities across Match Group’s portfolio.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, finance management, and cross-functional teams—including investor relations, strategy and operations, business units, tax and internal departments—on strategic initiatives and special projects.
We could be a match if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other related business field.
- You have 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or accounting.
- You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, and other G Suite tools; experience with OneStream and Workday is a plus.
- You have exceptional work ethic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- You have experience in detailed forecasting and long-range planning, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate complex financial data
- You have the ability to turnaround ad hoc requests in a timely manner while maintaining quality of work.
- You have a strong sense of personal and professional integrity; you are a collaborative team player.
- You are willing to work flexible hours as needed leading up to external reporting releases and executive level presentations.
