How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead and coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support individuals in achieving their full potential maintaining high user satisfaction, meeting SLAs, and ensuring clear documentation
- Ownership across Europe, acting as a key point of contact and driving standards across the region
We could be a match if:
- Have a strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Proactivity and ownership in your daily tasks
- Have a collaborative and approachable mindset
- Ability to grasp technical environments, adapting to new tools and systems
- Solid understanding of the technical stack (Slack, Google Workspace and Zoom. Familiarity with Okta is a strong plus)
