この度、恋活・婚活マッチングサービス「Pairs」の成長を加速させるため、新たにAndroidエンジニアを募集します。
エンジニアとして、Pairsにおける機能開発・改善の企画から開発、リリースまで一貫して対応していただきます。また、Androidアプリの開発を継続的に進めていくための改善も行っていただきたいと考えています。

We are currently seeking the Android Engineer to accelerate the growth of our dating and matchmaking service "Pairs."
You will be responsible for the entire process of planning, developing, and releasing new features and improvements for Pairs. This role will also be expected to contribute to ongoing enhancements to the Android app development.

We are currently seeking an Android Engineer to accelerate the growth of our dating and matchmaking service "Pairs."
You will be responsible for the entire process of planning, developing, and releasing new features and improvements for Pairs. This role is also expected to contribute to ongoing enhancements to the Android app development.
業務内容:
1. PairsのAndroidアプリ開発
- 新機能開発や既存機能改善のプロジェクトに所属してアプリ開発を行っていただきます
- プロジェクトではスクラム開発を採用しており、スピード感を持って開発を行います
- また、開発業務だけでなく、全員が物事を主体的に推進することを期待しています
2. 継続的に開発を続けていくための改善
- 継続的にメンテナンスを続けていくために必要な改善の推進も行っていただきます
- 最新動向を常にキャッチアップし、必要なものを取り込んでいくような動きを期待しています
1. Android app development for Pairs
- You will be involved in projects for developing new features and improving existing functionalities of the app;
- The projects follow the Scrum development methodology, emphasizing speed and efficiency;
- We expect everyone to proactively drive initiatives, not limited to development tasks.
2. Continuous improvement for ongoing development
- You will be responsible for driving necessary improvements to ensure continuous development and maintenance;
- We expect you to stay updated with the latest trends and incorporate relevant advancements into the app.
必須条件
- コラボレーションを前提としたプロジェクトを推進する姿勢
- 品質向上や開発効率向上を目的としたプログラミングスキルと知識を向上させる姿勢
- JavaまたはKotlinを使ったAndroidアプリ開発の経験
- Web APIなどを通してデータの取得や更新など、再入可能性を考慮した非同期プログラミングを活用したアプリ開発経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル
- Attitude of driving projects with a collaborative mindset;
- Strong commitment to improving programming skills and knowledge for the purpose of enhancing quality and development efficiency;
- Experience in Android app development using Java or Kotlin;
- Experience in app development utilizing asynchronous programming with considerations for re-entrancy, such as data retrieval and updates through Web APIs;
- Business-level or above proficiency in Japanese language.

・正社員（試用期間:3ヶ月）
給与
・基本給＋45時間分みなし残業代＋賞与／経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定いたします
・昇給：上長との定期面談があり、年に1回昇給を決定いたします
・賞与：業績貢献度に応じて年に1回支給いたします
