[What will you do?]
- As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of branding and marketing initiatives for QANDA and Mathpresso. You will ensure the brand’s alignment with our vision and values, and work to maintain and elevate our market position.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Business Strategy:
- (1) Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Mathpresso’s business goals.
- (2) Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- (3) Collaborate with senior management to define brand vision and long-term objectives.
- Brand Development and Management:
- (1) Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- (2) Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and platforms.
- (3) Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Marketing and Communications:
- (1) Develop and manage marketing plans to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
- (2) Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- (3) Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Partnerships and Collaboration:
- (1) Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including learning centers, live streamers, and educational content creators.
- (2) Collaborate with partners to create co-branded initiatives and joint marketing activities.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- (1) Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
- (2) Evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns through metrics and KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- (1) Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- (2) Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably in the educational sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and market research.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
