Utilizing advanced optical character recognition (OCR) technology, the app offers in-depth solutions and personalized learning content. Since its inception, QANDA has amassed over 88 million registered users across more than 50 nations, with 87% of its user base located outside Korea, such as Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand. Every day, approximately 10 million photos are uploaded on QANDA worldwide. Since 2015, the company has raised a total of $130 million from global investors, including Google, SoftBank Ventures Asia, and GGV Capital.

Beyond Asia, we are expanding our endeavors to the U.S., marking a significant step in developing a world-class AI tutor on a global scale. We're crafting a new AI-powered system specifically designed to create personalized exam prep materials for U.S. college students. As a Social Media & Growth Marketer, you will own our social media strategy to boost visibility, acquire new users, and enhance engagement through organic social channels. Plus, you will be creating our long-term marketing strategy. You have experience developing social strategies, building content calendars, conceptualizing the social creatives, copywriting, and engaging with audiences on social media channels.     • Lead Marketing Strategy
    • (i) Own end-to-end strategy and implementation of social media marketing that drives business goals, such as audience growth, engagement, acquisition, reach, awareness and affinity for our product
    • (ii) Develop organic social media strategy, stay informed about trends and algorithm updates to optimize content performance
    • (iii) Schedule social posts and maintain the social calendar providing visibility and alignment across teams
    • Content Creation & Management
    • (i) Design creative briefs and supervise the development and execution of marketing assets across multiple channels
    • (ii) Create compelling content for social media posts, ads, and campaigns to engage target audiences
    • (iii) Assist team in executing influencer strategies and provide insights
    • Analytics & Reporting
    • (i) Monitor performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring findings are shared and coordinated into the team's workflow
    • (ii) Report on content performance, social insights, commentary themes and best practices


    • 4-7 years’ experience working in social or digital media
    • In-depth understanding and experience with all social media platforms with a focus on Instagram and TikTok
    • Strong visual eye and copywriting skills, with experience creating engaging and concise copy for social
    • Fluent in both English and Korean

[Good to have]

    • Pre-existing relationships with social media platforms, potential partners/influencers, agencies, designers and photographers a plus
    • Strategic thinker with excellent time and project management skills
    • Ability to hit the ground running and succeed with minimal training
    • Experience with reporting and analytics tools
    • Understanding of the U.S. educational system (especially from high school to college), students' school life and social dynamics
    • Basic photo and video editing skills
