[What will we offer?]
- Salary ranges from 18 to 22 mil, full official salary and social insurance during the probation period.

[What will you do?]
- This position takes the responsibility for the operational tasks to optimize business operations, support brand building and improve the learning experience of students in the QANDA STUDY system.
- Account Manager is a person who decides on all activities of partners
- Propose monthly/quarterly action & financial plans for the teacher's business based on the performance of previous activities, seasonality, and the company's target.
- Oversee all activities (Product making, Marketing, sales, customer service, etc.) that are going on and make sure all teams know the timeline and target as well as how to get it.
- Tracking the performance of each activity and plan to improve the weak indicators to achieve the goals.
- Managed team including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Services.
- Support to organize events, manage projects with partners.
- Carry out other projects as requested by Leaders/ Managers
[Who are we looking for?]
- Bachelor's degree in Marcom, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Account Executive/Account Manager/Project Manager. Having experience in a performance media agency or the education field is a plus.
- Adapt quickly to the changing and business decisions of the company.
- Dynamic personality, good communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Eager to learn, have energy and strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Able to communicate in English
