QANDA STUDY is an education system within the QANDA Vietnam ecosystem. MEE STUDY is an offline education center under QANDA Vietnam. [What will you do?]
- 1. Implement project tasks for course development products.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors' products, and identify product segments.
- Study potential customer insights.
- Collaborate with partner teachers to create timely products.
- 2. Propose advertising strategies for the project products.
- Develop communication message strategies based on product features.
- Suggest sales promotion policies.
- 3. Manage costs and the operational process of the project products.
- Manage related costs (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Back Office,...) to ensure revenue and cost targets are met.
- Coordinate with related teams to ensure product operation quality.
- 4. Manage and lead part-time staff.
- 5. Other tasks as assigned.
- Measure the effectiveness of implemented activities and propose plans to improve business efficiency to achieve common goals.
- Organize events for partners (if any).
- Support other assigned tasks.
[Who are we looking for?]
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Account Executive/Project Executive roles. Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
- Willing to travel long distances, to the different company's centers.
- Quickly adapt to changes and business decisions of the company.
- Energetic, eager to learn, proactive at work.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English or Korean is an advantage.
