General Information about the Position:
- Location: Coninco Tower, No.4 Ton That Tung, Kim Lien Ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi
- Time: From Monday to Friday, 45 hours/week, average: 9 hours/day (Included 1 hour break), check in time from 8:00 - 10:00 am (you can go within this time but not after 10:00am)
- Salary range: from 1000$
[What will you do]
- Talent Management: Lead key talent initiatives, including talent acquisition, training and development, and succession planning to support employee growth and retention.
- Culture, Engagement & Employee Relations: Champion a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment; lead employee engagement initiatives and manage employee relations with fairness and transparency.
- Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnership: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, act as a trusted advisor to department leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and team development.
- Total Rewards & Performance: Direct performance management cycles, including performance reviews, and payroll operations, ensuring full compliance with Vietnam Labor Laws and HR policies.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with 2-3 years in a team lead or management role.
- Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder influencing skills at a management level.
- Proactive, creative, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
