[General information]

    • Salary range: 16 - 23M, bonus twice a year, salary review once a year
    • 100% official salary and social insurance during the probationary period, health check annually
    • Annual leave according to the Labor Law + bonus leave + Birthday leave + Fresh leave + Company birthday (up to 20 days/year).

[Key Responsibilities]

    • 1. Develop marketing strategies and brand growth plans
    • Conduct market research, propose strategic plans, and define both short-term and long-term development directions.
    • Research, create, and propose new concepts aligned with market trends and business strategies.

    • 2. Marketing Budget Management
    • Propose and allocate the marketing budget efficiently.

    • 3. Brand Management
    • Oversee, coordinate, and monitor brand-related activities nationwide.

    • 4. Event Planning and Execution
    • Plan and organize events to ensure alignment with business campaigns and company strategies.

    • 5. Partnership Activities
    • Direct, supervise, and manage collaborations with partners and service providers.

    • 6. Digital Marketing
    • Develop online marketing channels and monitor advertising campaigns for services and products across platforms such as websites, Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and offline events.
    • Enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers through strategic marketing efforts.

    • 7. Monitoring and Reporting
    • Track and report on the performance of both online and offline programs.
    • Assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and media budget allocation across all communication channels.

    • This role require working in different centre of Qanda if needed (Thach That - Cau Giay - Dan Phuong)

[Candidate we are looking for]

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or related fields.

    • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-4 years in English/ Exam Preparation offline center

    • Knowledge:
    • Expertise in marketing and market expansion within the education sector.
    • Understanding of legal regulations related to marketing activities.

    • Skills:
    • Proficiency in English is preferable
    • Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
    • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative strategies and solutions.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
