    • Expert in C/C++ state machine software design, Python
    • Owned the requirements, design, and implementation of embedded solutions (HW and FW)
    • Expertise in Embedded Firmware development, SW/HW/FW architecture/stack design
    • Experience working with linux-based embedded and RTOS systems
    • Experience with controlling peripheral devices such as: encoders, electric actuators, motors (BDC, BLDC, stepper), sensors (capacitive, UWB, IR, LIDAR, etc.), and complex robotic systems
    • Knowledge of communications protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, BLE) and selecting those that are optimal for the application
    • Experience optimizing C and Matlab algorithms for high data throughput
    • Familiarity working with large distributed database systems
    • Can use both a logic analyzer/scope and a soldering iron
    • Hands-on experience in robotics or automation design and implementation
    • Have implemented Agile SW development and test to promote release management

Great Additions:

    • MS in Computer Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 4+ years of relevant experience
