As part of the FP&A team, this person will partner closely with the Sales team by performing financial analysis and modeling, designing and preparing financial plans and budgets.  This person will also be responsible for customer analytics. This person will ensure financial and operating decisions for the organization are based on accurate financial data and apply financial expertise to inform overall strategy.

This position is an individual contributor and reports to the Sr. Director FP&A supporting the Sales organization.

What you will do:

    • Partner with the Sales org leaders to drive the monthly operating expense forecast via a cadence of monthly variance analysis and review meetings with budget owners
    • Own the monthly and quarterly revenue metrics reporting including generating of reports and analyses covering revenue cuts of the following parameters:
    • -Product
      -Geo/Country
      -Sales Team/Channel
      -Vertical
      -Use Case

    • Own the monthly SaaS  metrics reporting including generating of reports and analyses covering the following parameters:ChurnNet Dollar Retention (NDR)RecaptureLTV-to-CACUpgrades/DowngradesFree Signups and Free-to-Paid ConversionDirect-to-Paid

    • Financial analysis on an ad hoc basis, including pricing modeling, customer or industry TAM/SAM/SOM  deep dives and other modeling as needed

Who you are:

    • BS degree in business, finance, or related field
    • 5+ years FP&A experience in a public traded SaaS company
    • Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and superior analytical skills
    • Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel
    • Experience with Microsoft Access

    • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,600 to $173,200 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
