Matterport is looking for an Account Executive who will bring the drive, talent, and business acumen to grow the residential real estate business. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with the real estate industry and understands how to bring valuable insights and services to a wide array of real estate personas spanning resale, rentals, property management, and new construction. With a proven track record of success, the candidate must also be fluent in the latest market trends, comfortable working with technical content, and possess the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

What you will do

    • Field inbound inquiries (30%)& prospect for new business (70%) to build a solid pipeline to consistently reach monthly targets.
    • Drive top-line revenue through signing new customers and working with them to drive service utilization and adoption.
    • Identify customer needs and establish account growth opportunities by helping the customer understand how to leverage our full product suite.  
    • Develop an Account Plan for strategic RRE accounts within a given territory, then drive the execution of that plan to success
    • Leverage cross functional teams within solutions engineering, customer success, product management, etc to build a sound account plan with which to support customers and prospects.
    • Attend & present progress within Sales org and within team meetings on scheduled cadence.
    • Proactively seek opportunities to improve the sales and lead management process.
    • Attend trade shows as a Matterport ambassador.
    • Deliver product (hardware/software) demonstrations to provide potential customers with details about the features and capabilities of our 3D cameras & SaaS.

Who you are

    • Minimum of 3 years of work experience
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience working in Residential Real Estate and/or SaaS, in a position that would show the ability to understand the utility of our products
    • Extensive understanding of key business personas within Residential Real Estate
    • Demonstrated track record of overachievement in a sales arena
    • Friendly, social, presentable and professional Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
    • Willing and able to travel domestically as needed, up to 2 time a quarter (20%)Comfortable with public speaking; leading webinars
    • Salesforce experience, preferable

The US On Target Earnings (OTE) salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$196,000 inclusive of base and commission against targets + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
