About the role:

Matterport seeks a Netsuite Business Systems Analyst, Revenue to partner with our Finance business partners to deliver and support financial process automation, systems implementations and integrations. In this position, you will provide ongoing support of systems enhancements and issues resolution including Netsuite ARM, Zuora and Salesforce. This role requires a deep understanding of revenue operations, related processes and information flows. As part of the I.T. Business Systems team, you will help deliver projects and solutions to support our customer lifecycle and revenue growth. The Business Systems Analyst will work as a liaison between our Business Systems team and our finance business partners to ensure timely delivery of large and small projects, as well as frequent systems improvement requests. 

This role requires understanding of business processes around Financial Lead-to-Cash, Professional Services, Supply Chain and Customer Support. Experience in Netsuite Advanced Revenue Management is required.  

Matterport is a remote workplace with headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA. This position can be based remotely in the United States

What you will do:

    • This position is focused on assisting the Revenue Team with order management and revenue accounting data flows and reports to the I.T. Business Systems Team.
    • Hands on Netsuite administration and configuration to support the Revenue Team
    • Lead the transformation of complex revenue projects into manageable parts using BRD’s and  delivery plans via Asana and Jira
    • Demonstrated understanding of U.S. GAAP as standards for our finance system configurations; analyze and report on impact to business processes in support of the revenue accounting improvement project objectives
    • Gather requirements, define logical data flow and work with the applications team to drive the system design and implementation
    • Track progress against those plans and facilitate trade-off discussions on scope, schedule, or resources
    • Facilitate training and User Acceptance Testing

Who you are:

    • BS/BA in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field of study or equivalent experience and certifications
    • Demonstrated experience in delivering scalable finance solutions in a SaaS company
    • Experience with Agile Methodology, Kanban or Scrum. Experience writing User Stories with Gherkin is a plus
    • 8+ years of experience working with business analysis and solution design, preferably supporting lead-to-order-to-cash functions
    • 2-4 years experience configuring and administering Netsuite (accounting, supply chain, revenue and order management).  Must have experience with the Advanced Revenue Management module.
    • Experience working in Finance a strong plus
    • Must have excellent problem solving, project management, product management, and organizational skills
    • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, and tact when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues
    • Proven history of achieving or exceeding organizational IT/IS goals

      The US base salary range for this full-time position is $104,200 - $202,700 & Bonus & Benefits & Equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
