IT AIN'T A CORPORATE GIG

Create and deliver global digital strategy, working alongside sales, marketing and retail teams ensuring they deliver the mission whilst surprising and delivering their customers every step of the way.  Ensure that all our digital experiences and conversations across the globe are in line with their positioning.

THIS BRAND is radically changing the beer landscape globally and its Director of eCommerce will guide how consumers learn, interact, purchase, and experience craft beer and merchandise online and mobile.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

REPORTS TO - CEO

Full P&L responsibility for all their global eCommerce business
-Build a powerful roadmap to ensure incredible growth across all digital channels
-Build an exceptional digital team to allow UK brand to excel across all channels, drive strong sales, and build community.
-Manage the creation, design and implementation of a world leading new International web site and work relevant specialists  to assure the highest quality, innovation and speed to market
-Manage all digital content and creative for the web site, marketing, and 3rd party retail digital channels, in liaison with the marketing and sales teams
-Oversee digital marketing strategy and marketing team members to ensure increased customer acquisition, retention, average purchase, frequency, conversion and time on site.  
-Work closely with retail (bar) team to drive traffic to bars
-Work closely with customer service, IT and operations to assure a superior customer experience for all touch points.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-10 years of digital experience, with 2-5 years of leadership experience in eCommerce that was a game changer in revenue or consumer experience
- Know what good design looks like
-Experience overseeing digital marketing, social media, content creation, merchandising, user experience, analytics, customer service and fulfillment
-Able to articulate a vision and execute in a fast paced environment.
-Outstanding leader and motivator of teams.
-Demonstrated ability to implement digital initiatives that will scale to support fast growth.
-Deep understanding and experience with social media.
-Omni-channel view of the consumer, ensuring all touchpoints are consistently integrated to deliver a best-in-class branded experience
-Positive attitude, confident, can think BIG, act small and execute  amazingly
