Concierge Specialist

We’re not only providing the best products, we’re now including an install by a professional hairstylist with every hair purchase. Our goal is simple - to change the entire salon experience from start to finish and make top-quality beauty services accessible to all.

Our Concierge Specialist will closely assist customers throughout the entire process; they’re an integral part of customers’ journeys and will provide support from the point of hair purchase to post-install check-ins. We’re providing the highest level of customer service to both our customers and stylists to ensure a stress free, happy experience.


    • Claim and process orders everyday; introduce yourself to both the customers and stylists and begin booking process
    • Establish rapport with customers and stylists on a 1-on-1 basis to lock in appointment details and communicate details to both parties
    • Locate certified stylists per request of the customers
    • Successfully confirm booking with both the customers and stylists
    • Connect customers with their servicing stylists in a group chat and monitor conversations, reply in a timely fashion to all questions and concerns
    • Send appointment reminders to both customers and stylists
    • Check-in with customers after their install appointments to ensure a great experience; handle any issues if it wasn’t a great experience.


    • Strong writing skills, writing sample required
    • Self-starter with project management abilities
    • Willingness to learn and grow - we’re a part of an ever-changing industry and must remain flexible
    • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
    • Reliable, organized, highly detailed, and efficient
    • Quick learner, goal-oriented and positive attitude
    • Team player with a passion for helping others
    • Attention to detail, great time management skills, and ability to effectively multi-task
    • Working knowledge of Mac, CRM, Microsoft Office.
