Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from both new and existing stylists and customers. You will be responsible for proactively providing them with solutions to their questions or problems. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with the Sales group in assisting with signing up stylists, phone orders and other special projects.

Responsibilities and Experience Requirements

    • Ability to work with stylists and customer inquiries via phone, email or text
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
    • Comfortable utilizing scripts and refining or adjusting them as necessary
    • Ability to work with multiple customer service web applications
    • Ability to handle fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
    • Must have an attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficient with Mac computers and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is helpful
    • Proven ability to apply analytical and conceptual thinking to solving problems is helpful
    • 3-5 years experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center or telemarketing center is preferred
