Lead Generation Specialist

Mayvenn helps hair stylists grow their business by providing a world class e-commerce experience, dedicated customer support, and tools/resources all for free. Helping stylists make more money is the primary objective of everyone at Mayvenn. Lead Generation Specialists are responsible for seeking out hair stylists through calls and emails, ensuring every interested stylist is well informed on the Mayvenn program and receives their free e-commerce shop.


    • Register at least 20 new stylists everyday through outbound calls/emails
    • Establish rapport with stylists, fully explain the program and create their Mayvenn website 
    • Ensure each stylist understands how to start selling hair immediately, how to access their website and how they get paid
    • Provide stylists all that’s necessary to activate (make a sale) within 30 days of becoming a Mayvenn
    • Handoff qualified stylists to Sr. Sales Growth Managers where appropriate
    • Report testing ideas to improve lead quality and lead conversion 


    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Good phone skills (cold call experience a plus)
    • Quick learner, goal-oriented and positive attitude 
    • Attention to detail, great time management skills, and ability to effectively multi-task 
    • Working knowledge of Mac IOS, CRM, Microsoft Office
