THIS POSITION WILL START THE FIRST WEEK OF APRIL 2025

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO APPLYING: This position is part of the Functional Center of Excellence Program (FCoE) at MCA Connect. As part of this program, you will complete 12 weeks of training. Training will be done both onsite and remote. Approx. 6 weeks of training will be onsite in our Denver office (weeks will be spread out across the length of the program).

Training is paid at your regular, salaried pay. After training, you will be full-time remote with domestic travel up to 50%. The job description below specifically refers to your duties and responsibilities AFTER the training period.

Title Dynamics 365 Associate Consultant - Finance

Description 
The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Associate Consultant is responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements including: implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The Associate Consultant is responsible for assisting with configuration of Dynamics 365 Financial modules as well as assisting clients in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 solutions. They will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. They will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role. Position requires up to 50% travel. 

Responsibilities

    • Customer Satisfaction 
    • Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Finance modules including but not limited to Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Cost Management, & Credit & Collections. 
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis 
    • Produce Functional Design Documents when extensions are necessary 
    • Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels internally and externally 

Required Qualifications

    • Documented experience working with Dynamics AX or D365 F&O Finance modules
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance or Accounting position
    • Manufacturing/Distribution industry experience preferred
    • Project Accounting experience preferred
    • Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance (MB-310), or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment 
    • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices 
    • Strong customer relationship skills 
    • Proficient in US GAAP 
    • Ability to travel up to 50%
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 

Desired Qualifications

    • Understanding of IFRS standards 
    • Comfortable presenting via Microsoft Teams/Zoom/WebEx 
    • Azure DevOps experience 
    • CPA or CMA 
$90,000 - $130,000 a year
PLUS Uncapped Supplemental Compensation (Bonus) paid quarterly
