MedAcuity’s Project Managers apply project management principles to deliver projects and / or programs on time, within budget, and with quality results, while leading and encouraging collaboration and teamwork. In this role, you must possess basic engineering and planning knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall processes, to best understand and serve the needs of MedAcuity clients. Our PMs lead and coach, plan, organize, monitor, and oversee multiple projects ranging in complexity in this exciting and challenging organization, to meet defined requirements and release products that make a difference.
The Associate Project Manager participates in development and maintenance of project documentation, project schedules, and project communications. This position supports the team in all aspects of projects including contract management, budget, schedule, risks, internal project controls, and reporting as directed, and will ensure contract compliance and adherence to company policies. The incumbent will work with other departments to ensure project objectives are achieved within established timeframes, as well as coordinate team resources and tasks, and provide professional support to one or more technical project teams.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple capital and non-capital projects.
- Coordinate project activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates to clients via Status Reports and Status Meetings.
- Track and report on project progress plan, cost, and schedule, including change control.
- Manage project-related records and communications.
- Identify and communicate changes in work scope and track to resolution.
- Effectively coordinate the activities of the team to meet project milestones.
- Through integrated planning and effective coordination with other functional groups, will support execution of project activities, levels of service reliability, and customer service.
- Embody company values in work performance, decision making and, in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as may be required.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years related experience in a client-facing role.
- Proven understanding of SDLC and experience with integrated solutions.
- Ability to manage budget and schedule to support successful delivery to clients, including execution of SOWs and Change Orders.
- Works well with a range of personalities and a variety of tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Proficiency using project planning tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, SharePoint).
- Comfort working within the Agile methodology.
- Professional Services experience in delivering software solutions.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience or certifications in a related field.
- PMP or Agile / CSM certification would be ideal, but not a requirement.
