Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pediatric Clinic

Pearland, Texas 77584
Rehab – Northshore Clinic /
On-site
At MedCare Pediatric, we believe in creating space for meaningful care—both for the children we serve and the therapists who support them. Our approach is rooted in understanding each child’s individual needs and building therapy plans that reflect those differences. We work closely with families, ensuring they’re part of the process, and we prioritize giving our team the tools, time, and support they need to focus on what matters most.

With a new Clinical Director now in place, we’re deepening our commitment to collaboration and team connection. This role is part of a broader effort to build an environment where therapists feel supported, heard, and encouraged to grow alongside their peers. As an Occupational Therapist at MedCare, you’ll have time for individualized care and documentation—and the chance to be part of a team that’s shaping something meaningful together.

Join us in building something that supports both the kids and the clinicians at the heart of care.
