The Opportunity
We're seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our Family Medicine Clinic in Albuquerque, NM—serving employees of the City of Albuquerque and their families (adults and children). You’ll also have the chance to extend your impact by delivering care through our Mobile Unit Clinic, bringing our values directly into the community and increasing access to wellness.
This is a PRN (“as needed”) position, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. A minimum of 32 hours per month is required, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts based on clinic needs.

What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under the guidance of the Charge Nurse.
Support providers through triage, procedures, medication administration, and patient education.
Help patients engage in their health by setting wellness goals and focusing on prevention.
Manage care documentation and EMR efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination.
Serve as a clinical leader when needed, and support the growth of others on your team.
Live out the Health by Design mission in every interaction—with patients, families, and teammates.

Requirements
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Current New Mexico RN License
1–2 years of direct patient care experience
Current BLS certification
