What You Will Do:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test for our fast-paced and dynamic Ad Tech development team. This role will be responsible for maintaining our automation infrastructure and test framework as well as writing automated tests provided from our manual QA team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about contributing at a high level with large areas of ownership and actively participating in the day-to-day operations (code reviews, architecture design conversations, etc.) of this small but mighty engineering team. 

Responsibilities will include:

    • Participate in the design and implementation of a UI and API Test Automation System
    • Create low level libraries and design tests to automate
    • Test framework written in Python and uses Selenium library, infrastructure project built using React and NodeJS 
    • Solve real world problems
    • Participate in Code Review sessions to ensure framework’s quality
    • Design and develop new automated test cases and test suites
    • Work with teams across Design, Development, and Product
    • Identify creative solutions to defined problems at task
    • Test complex applications that have an emphasis on performance, scalability, and high reliability

Who You Are:

    • 3-5+Years of Automated testing experience – SDET 
    • Full understanding of the entire automation structure – design, development, execution, analysis, results, and maintenance
    • Selenium testing experience is required; experience with Gauge test framework is a great-to-have 
    • Python experience is preferred; willingness to learn Python is required
    • Experience in UI and API testing is a must
    • Ability to create, design and develop automated testing frameworks
    • Familiarity in JavaScript, NodeJS, React, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker and/or Postman are preferred
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities and exhibits strong Computer Science Fundamentals
    • Clear communicator with strong organizational skills 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math or similar, or equivalent experience

$110,000 - $130,000 a year
