WIth our brand QUARTERS, we want to… well, we know what we want, but we need you to put it into the right narrative and tell our story in the most beautiful & compelling way, leading to one very simple objective: Make QUARTERS the place of co-living. How do you do that?

As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

, member of the Leadership Team and reporting to our CEO, you are in charge of our B2B and B2C channels, as well as our PR activities globally. You own and drive lead and demand generation for our amazing brand, enabling and supporting our growth plans and expanding our footprint and the volume of happy customers across the globe. This is not just about words, this is about impact to the bottom line.

You take your team and drive these responsibilities:

Own Marketing, Brand and PR strategy, roadmap, P&L and lead the team across the globe (HQ and regional structure)
Be accountable for our branding and PR standards, as well as for end-to-end marketing and brand material design and delivery
Define the communication and engagement roadmap and release plan, in close collaboration with other teams and in line with our strategic objectives
Co-own and ensure strategic planning of Go-to-Market, product communication and marketing programs  
Deliver high quality customer projects, products and professional services
Define and maintain the company-wide performance marketing methodology and process, drive ever increasing conversion and lead rates
Educate our teams and customers in Marketing knowledge, with special emphasis on enabling the Sales and Expansion organization externally, and driving consistency and scalability internally
Champion open communication and lead improvement and innovation opportunities, from idea generation to implementation
Align internal and external branding strategy, enable employer branding proposition and support through effective social media coverage and influencer marketing
Determine and quantify effective quality, growth and success strategies
Consistently enhance customer experience and satisfactionDrive gross margin across all products and services and the companies' operative profitability and growth.

How we measure success:
For B2C, acquisition cost per member (paying tenant) and build-up of a loooooong queue (read waiting list for rent) of excited future members
For B2B, steady and positive media coverage in leading industry media channels (on- and offline) in each of our current and future markets
Our ultimate target is to get QUARTERS to become synonymous for co-living through the most amazing customer/member experience on this planet - and we mean it. We have QUARTERS in the US, in Europe and we are growing in both regions. And if we ever make it to Mars, you would be in charge of that market too.

You will be most successful if you bring with you:

Successfully completed studies in Marketing/related fields
+8 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail, hospitality or real estate sector
International experience in both mature and developing markets
Strong business acumen and people acumen, ability to influence business leaders at CxO level around product development, marketing and sales-
Capacity to see hidden potential in staff members and to coach and/or mentor them to realize their potential
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written German and English, additional languages a plus
Ability to see and develop product value propositions
Strong vision setting and strategic thinking skills
Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Very good organizational and execution skills, focus on detail
Exceptional team player attitude, who switches easily between needs for alignment and full autonomy
Utmost resilience and attention to detail, calm and composed in the eye of the storm
Strong analytical mind and the ability to think for yourself
High motivation, self-starter gene, results-oriented mindset
