We are looking to hire a Consultant Pharmacist.
The Consultant Pharmacist will work with the Mednow Health Care team to visit patients at home, conduct medication cabinet clean-outs (as part of the Medchecks at Home program), and review medication use with patients to identify medication-related problems.
This position will require regular travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
We can rely on you to:
- Travel throughout the GTA to provide medication reviews at our patient’s homes
- Maintain ongoing collaboration and communication within the healthcare team and pharmacy team to develop strong partnerships
- Ability to work in operations when necessary
What you bring to the table:

Basically, you’re excited to work for a company that’s disrupting the Pharmacy industry.
Your must haves:
- Registered (Part A) license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists, in good standing
- Education from an accredited Pharmacy program
- Minimum 1 year of experience practicing in community pharmacy
- Must have valid driver’s license with own valid insurance and access to a vehicle, as travel to various locations is required
