**Position: Registered Pharmacy Technician**
**Location: Toronto, ON**
**Responsibilities:**
· Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure the highest standard of pharmaceutical care
· Accurately and efficiently process prescriptions, checking for accuracy and ensuring correct pricing
· Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, in-person, and chat interactions
· Utilize pharmacy technology to optimize workflow and enhance overall customer experience
· Manage inventory and maintain a well-organized pharmacy space
· Stay informed about industry trends to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
· Perform duties within the full extent of the pharmacy technician scope, including providing meter training, administering injections, and any other responsibilities as permitted by regulatory standards
**Qualifications:**
· Registered Pharmacy Technician certification in the province of Ontario
· Proven experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in an online or innovative environment
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processing
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Familiarity with pharmacy technology and software
