The Hospital partnerships team is made up of proactive, target-driven, ambitious individuals working with clinicians to improve patient care. UK: We work hard to build strong relationships with every top clinician in rare and chronic disease. We win projects and implement our solution in hospitals with the aim to achieve “Standard of Care” for every disease indication.

The Head of China Hospitals will lead this team & have extensive experience selling to leading Chinese hospital clinicians. A natural coach you will also be able to inspire and coach partnerships team members whilst embedding strong sales disciplines (e.g. funnel management, forecasting, negotiating) at Medopad.    

How can you contribute?

    • Formulate a sales strategy showing how Medopad can become the RPM solution of choice for Chinese hospitals
    • Design & implement a successful sales operating model including sales systems, processes & ways of working
    • Hire & train a team to assist in implementing your sales strategy

Who fits this role?

    • The successful candidate will likely have 10+ years’ experience selling technology products to hospitals in China of which ~5 years’ experience is leading teams
    • Strong commercial acumen, naturally energised by holding and delivering a revenue/profit target
    • Experience recruiting a significant number of sales hires in a short space of time preferred
