BlueChew, a leading D2C men’s healthcare telemedicine service, is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Marketing Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX.

This individual will assist the greater marketing team in building, organizing and maintaining a library of digital assets that are leveraged across TV, Streaming, Native, Display, Rich Media, OOH, etc. This requires keen attention to detail.

Additional responsibilities include tracking and reporting marketing expenses, identifying and solving issues that may impact reporting, and assisting in our monthly billing process.

This is a training-intensive entry-level position. Aptitude for learning and adopting new skills (both technical and otherwise) and procedures is essential. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, able to juggle multiple functions, pivot quickly, and be self-motivated and accountable.

What You'll Do

    • Assist in QA process to ensure creative adheres to specifications and guidelines.
    • Organize and upload final creative assets & creative tags to internal attribution & tracking systems.
    • Track and maintain all marketing expenses in our internal attribution platform.
    • Complete ownership of accurate daily and end of month marketing expense reports.
    • Work with the finance team to reconcile billing discrepancies.
    • Troubleshoot issues that affect implementation, tracking, or billing reporting.
    • Assist extended teams in pulling ad campaign reports.
    • Proactively inform stakeholders of discrepancies or potential issues with marketing expenses.
    • Contribute to the improvement of workflows and processes, identifying optimization opportunities for campaign performance and operational efficiency.

    • Requirements
    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing related field (eg. Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    • 1 yr of Programmatic experience required. 
    • General understanding of advertising concepts and processes.
    • Familiarity and comfortable with large datasets.
    • A detail-oriented mindset is a must.
    • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills.
    • Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills preferred.
    • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
    • Team player who's excited to grow their career and gain exposure into the world of digital advertising.
