As Manager – Finance Reporting & GL, you'll be a part of a 75+ strong finance team covering domains like Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management, and Taxation. Our team comprises Chartered Accountants, Analysts, and Engineers from top-tier organizations.We believe in a high-performance culture paired with a strong sense of team spirit – from trivia nights to strategy offsites.

About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – Finance to own Books, Audit, Banking, Insurance, and Assets at Meesho. As we gear up for our IPO journey, this role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects and contribute to building financial processes that rival listed companies. You’ll ensure accurate reporting, smooth audits, strong treasury management, and lead critical finance initiatives.

What You’ll Do

    • Prepare and maintain timely, accurate financial statements in line with GAAP.
    • Support new business lines with correct accounting treatments.
    • Drive automation for consolidation and month-end close processes.
    • Partner with Big 4 auditors to close audits smoothly and on time.
    • Be part of the IPO readiness team: quarterly reviews, annual reports, investor queries.
    • Manage treasury operations – cash flow, banking, investments, and hedging strategies.
    • Oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll).
    • Guide insurance and fixed assets functions.
    • Mentor and support a small team of finance professionals.

What You’ll Need

    • Chartered Accountant with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.
    • Solid knowledge of accounting standards, reporting, and ERP systems.
    • Experience in stakeholder management.
    • Strong execution bias, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
