The brand marketing team at Meesho comprises brand, media, insights, social and creative teams. We collaborate with business and product stakeholders, and external partners to bring the brand communications of Meesho to life.Our aim is to enhance the quality of awareness of Meesho and its key messages. About the Role

As a Senior Associate- Brand Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our brand marketing initiatives, while executing campaigns and strategies that enhance brand visibility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our brand through various marketing channels.

We are we looking for:
1. Proven ability to assist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies, including campaign planning, content creation, and brand activations
2. Ability to collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute brand marketing initiatives and campaigns effectively
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.

What will you do

    • Assist in the development and implementation of brand marketing plans and campaigns to achieve brand objectives
    • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including agency partners, media team, creative team, and social and influencer team, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
    • Manage the creation and production of marketing collaterals
    • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards in all marketing communications
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in brand marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies.

What you will need

    • Educational background in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in brand marketing support roles with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective campaigns
    • A growth mind-set & strong sense of ownership
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding concepts
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
    • Data-driven thinking
