As Manager – Revenue Intelligence and Governance, you'll be a part of a 75+ strong finance team covering domains like Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management, and Taxation. About the Role

This is a high-impact role focused on governing revenue flows and extracting financial intelligence to ensure accuracy, transparency, and controls across key e-commerce revenue and cost items.You will be responsible for driving data-backed governance over marketplace finance operations- including supplier payouts, marketplace receivables, user refunds and other marketplace related spends.

What you will do

    • Design and execute automated reconciliations and controls for: Supplier payments, Marketplace receivables, Customer refunds, claims and discounts
    • Collaborate with business, tech, and finance operations to build scalable data flows and logic for revenue computation and payout validation.
    • Identify revenue leakages or overpayments via deep dive analytics and exception tracking.
    • Build and maintain dashboards and MIS to monitor daily/weekly revenue trends, ageing of receivables/payables, and anomalies.
    • Drive process improvement and automation across reconciliation and validation tracks.
    • Track policy deviations and raise appropriate flags with decision-makers.
    • Work closely with internal auditors to support validations and walkthroughs related to revenue and cost items.
    • Drive statutory audit closure for revenue and cost-related processes by ensuring timely resolution of open points and documentation.
    • Support special projects (e.g., listing-readiness etc.) and prepare documentation for key processes.
    • Supplement ad hoc requests with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making.

What you will need

    • Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
    • Hands-on experience with data-driven financial operations, reconciliations, or revenue governance.
    • Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL/Tableau/Power BI or similar tools preferred.
    • Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics (supplier settlements, user refunds, marketplace receivables).
    • Strong analytical rigor, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability.
    • Comfort with ambiguous environments and fast-paced execution.
