About the Role
In this role, you will build and manage lender partnerships with Banks and NBFCs to drive lending business for Meesho users and sellers. You will play a vital role in shaping the partnership strategy for FS, identifying and integrating suitable partners, facilitating co-lending arrangements for existing partners, driving policy and commercial alignments as well as managing the supply side roadmap. In addition, you will need to work closely with internal stakeholders like growth, credit risk, product & technology teams for implementation. 

What you will do

    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Bank and NBFC partners for user and seller lending programs. Drive end-to-end partner lifecycle from pitch to commercial negotiation, onboarding, integration, and growth
    • Structure partnership models as per regulatory guidelines and business objectives, draft term sheets, work with legal and compliance teams to execute agreements
    • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations
    • Collaborate with credit, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner experience and issue resolution
    • Work with product, credit, legal, finance, and tech teams to grow partnerships
    • Executive communication: Write exec-level documents and present results and findings to senior management

What you will need

    • 2-3 years of work experience experience in managing Bank & NBFC partnerships, preferably in a fintech or a NBFC
    • Good understanding of co-lending models, FLDG structures, and DLG guidelines
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, ability to manage stakeholders
    • High ownership, analytical skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Execution experience, demonstrated examples of delivering high impact projects 
    • Strong growth mindset and an inquisitive mindset, continuous problem solving to improve and grow the business
    • Ability to independently drive problem statements and impact. Understand business needs and come up with right pitch and communication strategies
    • First principles based critical thinking and data-led approach to problem-solving
