We’re looking for an Digital Marketing Specialist to run paid media campaigns that drive meaningful results, not just rack up impressions for the sake of impressions.

Please note, this role is a 12-month contract for maternity cover ideally starting on the 1st of December 2025.

What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. your Quest Log)

    • Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and relevant industry networks.
    • Align copy, creative, and targeting to our personas and buying stages so the right people see the right offer at the right time.
    • Build bespoke landing pages, aligned to ad campaigns, to optimise ad performance
    • Own budget and pacing; optimise to hit agreed CPL/CPA and ROAS goals by channel.
    • Run structured A/B tests (and multivariate when useful) across creative, audiences, offers, and bidding; document what works and scale it.
    • Partner with Regional Marketing, SDRs, alongside the Head of Marketing Ops to align campaigns with pipeline goals and follow-up motion.
    • Track end-to-end performance: generate quality conversions, and monitor lead flow into Marketo/Salesforce through to the Sales Team.
    • Report on what matters: conversion rates, CPL/CPA, CAC, pipeline influence, and ROAS. Flag risks early with actionable fixes.
    • Improve post-click performance with Marketing Automation Team (landing pages, forms, and nurture).
    • Keep campaigns brand-safe and compliant: manage exclusions, data privacy, and platform policies.

What We Require (a.k.a. your Power Ups)

    • 3+ years hands-on in paid media/performance marketing (B2B ideal).
    • Proven experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; other programmatic is a plus.
    • GTM and conversion-tracking know-how.
    • Strong ad-copy skills and the ability to brief/select creative that converts.
    • Confidence managing budgets to CPL/CPA/ROAS targets.
    • Solid grasp of audience strategy (personas, intent, lookalikes, retargeting) and funnel stages.
    • Data-literate: comfortable in GA4/platform dashboards/spreadsheets; you turn insights into action.
    • Collaborative, organised, and a clear communicator who closes loops and keeps momentum.

The following aren’t required but are nice to have (a.k.a. your Bonus Points)

    • Programmatic platforms (DV360, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, etc.).
    • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
    • Basic HTML/CSS or landing-page testing experience.
    • Interest in computing/networking technologies
    • Basic SQL capabilities
