Key Areas of Responsibility

Media Channel Planning: Work with a range of vendors to produce sophisticated digital and traditional media plans, using research tools to prioritize and justify partner recommendations.

Digital Media Execution: Advanced use of digital media to reach and engage audiences, and tell stories across multiple channels. Hands-on planning and buying of some/all of: partnerships, digital video, display, search, social & native advertising. 

Digital Partnership Innovation: With your strong digital / mobile / social / emerging media chops and passion, help us crack innovation for our clients when working with publishers and other media companies.

Emerging Media: Help Mekanism continue to define and deliver on Emerging Media. Drive Media innovation both internally and externally.

Measurement and Analytics: Lead optimization and delivery against client KPIs. Readily dive into data to identify trends and insights, then apply them in the form of media and creative recommendations. 

You must have 2+ years of experience with a media company or integrated agency 
You must have cross-channel digital planning and execution experience, including video, display, native and social.
You must have a passion for creativity, and innovation
Ideally have experience working on a range of clients with both brand and performance media needs.
You must have experience developing plans for campaigns that push the limits of social, and digital marketing.
You must be comfortable working effectively across departments and be able to work directly with creative & planning teams.
We blend teams across disciplines.
You should have strong client and vendor communication skills. This means you should like to, and be proficient at, presenting work and fielding client requests.
Experience with Commspoint, comscore, Simmons/MRI, Kantar, Pathmatics, DoubleClick, and Google Analytics a plus
