We’re looking for an execution-oriented leader to own and evolve our client implementation function and related technologies and processes. As the Head of Implementations, you will play a central role in driving client success by leading end-to-end implementations, enhancing workflows across teams, and continuously improving how we deliver value through our platform and services.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage all new client implementations of our technology and support services, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
-Drive strategic planning initiatives and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align services with client goals and technical capabilities.
-Oversee data integrations and technical setup, working across systems and teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
-Improve and document implementation workflows, reducing friction and increasing efficiency at every stage of the client journey.
-Conduct annual planning processes that align evolving client needs with our product roadmap and service delivery models.

-Experience in SaaS, professional services, HR tech, or related industries preferred, but not required.
This position will be remote.
