We are looking for a Faculty Technology Advisor to facilitate professor learning and curriculum adoption activities for the Mendix University Program Pipeline. This role will be measured on delivering successful outcomes to help achieve the University Program annual growth goals. This role reports to the Director, Education & University Programs.
You'll be one of the first 5 team members of the Mendix University Program - a startup within a startup. As part of this fast-paced, high-growth team, you will be responsible for introducing the Mendix technology to qualified, engaged professors, facilitating their learning of Mendix, and guiding them through the curriculum adoption process through to the first day of teaching Mendix in class.
You’ll help structure and scale this department in a variety of ways. You will:
-Design and manage training experiences to drive professor Mendix certifications:
-Get Professors officially signed up & prepared to begin teaching Mendix in curriculum for each upcoming semester.
-Design curriculum & create Workshop & Training Class Materials for use at Faculty workshops & Workshops & Tutorials @ quarterly Events
-Initiate Training Facilitation & Delivery: deliver in-person training to professors and faculty in a variety of settings around the world
-Create excellent attendee learner experience at Faculty Workshops
-Create Reusable materials to help professors learn Mendix
-Facilitate self-service learning through webinars, videos and other on-demand
-Create marketing automation materials to guide the professor through week-by-week topics, one at a time. These include both Mendix videos to learn the feature/functionality, and assignment instructions.
-Manage a pipeline of engaged professors
-Establish and maintain/monitor reporting in salesforce (and other systems) & optimize conversion metrics to achieve successful outcomes
-Create scalable curriculum adoption options
-Conduct curriculum assessments of professors’ current courses & design customized curriculum that incorporates Mendix
-Create Sample Syllabus, assignments and projects
-Co-author & publish academic texts and academic white papers with professor co-authors
You’re the innovator we need if you have:
-Experience in instructional design or technical product training
-In-depth Technical knowledge of the Mendix platform
-Excellent communication skills across all channels; digital, remote, phone, live and recorded video and audio, written, and in-person
-A passion for teaching
-A born content creator
-Highly analytical and metrics-driven
-Experience executing and optimizing marketing activities
