We are seeking an experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Analyst with a strong background in software migration and GTM technology optimization to join our team. This critical role will focus on leading complex system migrations, optimizing our tech stack, and ensuring seamless integration to support strategic business objectives. Acting as a bridge between GTM Operations and IT, you will translate business needs into actionable technical solutions while driving user adoption, governance, and continuous improvement. Your expertise in large-scale migrations and SaaS tools will enable our organization to remain competitive and achieve its growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1 - Tech Landscape Leadership:
- Have a cohesive vision on the tech landscape for Mendix within the context of our parent company, Siemens.
- Drive end-to-end GTM software migrations, including integrating new tools into existing tech stacks with minimal disruption.
- Ensure migrations align with business needs and support long-term scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with GTM Operations, IT, and stakeholders to develop migration plans, mitigate risks, and ensure timely execution.
2 - Project Management & Continuous Improvement:
- Create and execute detailed project plans for system migrations, tool acquisitions, and enhancements.
- Proactively analyze existing processes to identify pain points and recommend innovative solutions.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
3 - System Roadmap & Governance:
- Gather and prioritize business requirements from GTM Operations, translating them into actionable technical specifications for the IT team.
- Act as the primary approver for system changes, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Evaluate and oversee the acquisition of new tools to enhance the GTM tech stack.
4 - Tech Stack Optimization & Enablement:
- Continuously improve systems to streamline and support SaaS operations.
- Train GTM Operations on tools, develop thorough documentation, and promote consistent adoption across the organization.
5 - User Advocacy & Adoption:
- Act as the voice of the field by gathering feedback on tools and ensuring user needs are met.
- Monitor adoption metrics, address barriers, and implement strategies to maximize tool engagement.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in Operations in high-tech or software industries.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, and CPQ+.
- Experience with implementing, enabling and improving CPQ for SaaS business.
- Proven expertise in migrating GTM software with an eye on business needs.
- Strong project management skills, with experience collaborating across leadership and operational teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Skilled communicator with interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business judgment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with performance-driven goals.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented, and creative mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
- BA/BS degree in business, technology, or a related field.
