Responsibilities:

    • Develop financially quantified Digital Transformation Programs and Project Services propositions in the context of the Mendix Low-code Platform for Customers and Prospects
    • Lead our clients through their digital transformation in the context of the Mendix Low-code Platform
    • Implement solutions to business and technology challenges and recommend creative approaches to solving clients’ business problems using Mendix methodologies.
    • Manage and deliver the creation of a client’s Mendix Center of Excellence; leveraging agile to drive sustainable implementation and deployment of the Mendix Low-code Platform.
    • Deliver baseline assessments and post-implementation analyses to evaluate, track and articulate the value realization of Customer business benefits in the context of the Mendix Low-code Platform.
    • Advising on how to best leverage the Mendix Low-code Platform providing architectural ‘deep dive’ workshops
    • Supporting Customers, as well as Channel Partners and (Global) System Integrators, in enabling them to become self-sufficient with the Mendix Low-code Platform.
    • Train customers and partners to bring them to the next level using Mendix way
    • Motivating clients with the values and principals of a Scrum/Agile led implementations with Mendix
    • Being hands-on, and playing an intrinsic part of the Architecture and Development process using the Mendix Low-code Platform. You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of multiple phases; through project planning, development and successful customer adoption.

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of being Mendix Advanced or Expert Certified is a mandatory requirement
    • 5+ Years’ software development experience encompassing front-end, back-end, cloud automation and orchestration. Strong knowledge of microservices and container technologies
    • 4+ Years’ development experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Mendix or other low code platforms or full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, .Net, or C++ etc
    • Developed frontend user interfaces using angular HTML, CSS, Sass and JavaScript frameworks such as React/Angular, jQuery
    • Familiarity with single-sign on processes; OAuth2 and/or CAS or SAML experience a plus
    • Proficient in one or more of Data design, development, and optimization of Relational database/SQL, PostgreSQL etc
    • Proficient in cloud native deployment with CI/CD Pipelines like [Git/SVN, GitLab CI,  Jenkins, or Azure DevOps]
    • Working knowledge of command line based administration of Linux servers
    • An understanding of RESTful , SOAP APIs or middleware, Experience with web servers (Apache / NGINX / IIS)
    • Proficient in technical/business communication - articulating the solution design to customers
    • Broad-based understanding of cloud platform services, cloud-native architectures, and cloud infrastructure
    • Demonstrated track record of anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders with the ability to work with senior level executives across multiple business lines and regions
    • Agile Enterprise Coach or Scrum certification is desirable. Experience in driving organization wide change management initiatives
    • Experience in driving innovation, organization wide change management initiatives.
    • Capable of applying knowledge of the business and the marketplace to advance the organizations goals, having foresight of possibilities, and translating them into breakthrough strategies.
    • Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information, to effectively solve problems. Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
    • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical and non-technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers, and team members.
    • Strong writing, mentoring, decision-making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills. Ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.
    • Ability to operate in an heavily matrixed organizational environment
    • Bachelor or Master’s degree required
    • Ability to Travel to APAC countries on project basis
