The role
Squint is looking for a marketing professional to join our team and lead our early GTM efforts. As an early member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity and responsibility to create our messaging and positioning and generate demand for our product. You’ll work closely with Product and Sales to identify and define our customer personas and develop a compelling narrative about the value Squint provides. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll make an impact on our GTM strategy, roadmap, and how Squint is viewed by the world.

Squint’s mission is to make AR the primary mechanism for information discovery and consumption. Squint’s first product to market is a platform for manufacturers that optimizes procedures and empowers the workforce on a mobile device.

Responsibilities

    • Be a storyteller for our brand and product as we continue to break into the manufacturing market
    • Develop customer personas, including their pain points and how Squint will solve them
    • Enable Sales with compelling narratives, strong value propositions, and effective storytelling techniques to help create a more efficient sale process
    • Conduct research on the market, competitors, and customer segments and share back with our product and sales teams
    • Create content (presentations, case studies, videos, etc) for our website, internal and external presentations, and social channels
    • Represent Squint at events and conferences

Experience

    • 2 - 3 years experience in Marketing
    • Created and delivered sales enablement materials, such as product demos, presentations, and case studies, to support the sales team and drive revenue growth.
    • Managed the product marketing budget, tracked ROI, and optimized spend to ensure the most efficient use of resources.
    • Developed and maintained relationships with industry analysts, thought leaders, and partners to enhance brand reputation and thought leadership.
    • Led the development of compelling product messaging and positioning that resonated with target audiences and differentiated the product in the market.
    • Managed and optimized digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, PPC, SEO) to increase product awareness, engagement, and conversion.
