This collaboration aims to leverage our combined expertise to deliver exceptional digital transformation solutions in the telecommunications sector.
About the role
We are looking to hire an Accountant who will manage a range of activities from capital expenditure (Capex) to treasury management, ensuring the precision and reliability of financial reporting and compliance. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders and support crucial auditing processes. Collaboration with senior accountants is key in this role.
Responsibilities
- Capex management including creating assets, booking of assets, disposals, depreciations, reconciliation of depreciations
- Preparation and management of manual and automated outgoing payments
- Perform monthly and year end closing accounting activities to ensure reliable reporting output for accounting management
- Execute quarterly reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Assistance of the senior accountant and accounting manager during internal and external audits with relevant supporting documentation
- Treasury related activities (weekly payments, bank reconciliations, treasury mailbox management)
- Ensure financial system data is up to date (bank account, VAT number, address, etc.)
- Stock entries (stock in, stock out), stock reconciliations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Accounting proficiency
- Knowledge of BEGAAP/IFRS
- SAP/ Microsoft Dynamics experience
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
