Position Summary:
The Implementation Analyst of the Implementation Services subfamily in the Services job family is responsible for delivering implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other billable professional offerings to new and existing customers. The Implementation Services subfamily provides project management and configuration services to customers. The Implementation Analyst will lead the full life cycle of initial and subsequent client deployments for software licensed by MeridianLink. The role will manage client expectations, meet timelines, and act as a liaison between the client and other company departments. The Implementation Analyst will educate clients on software capabilities and communicate customer enhancement ideas to the Product organization.
Expected Duties:
-Have a thorough understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software and its capabilities to educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients.
-Develop and implement initiatives that support client goals and objectives.
-Responsible for client onboarding activities, including core connectivity and third-party integrations, while facilitating interactions between clients and other MeridianLink departments.
-Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations through the deployment cycle, focusing on driving project resources toward completion while providing proactive and responsive client service.
-Adhere to project schedules and ensure all project resources meet expected timelines, organizing tasks to maximize productivity and utilization.
-Proactively identify issues and facilitate sensible resolutions before they become escalation items.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Ability to perform aspects of the role independently and support peers and management on more complex tasks.
-Career-development professional within the subject area.
-Moderate skill set and proficiency in the subject area.
-Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
-Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of relevant experience.
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft systems.
-Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously.

Salary range of $79,000 - $100,000. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
