Position Summary:
The Sr. Product Business Analyst serves as a subject matter expert, ensuring our solution meets the needs of our customers and that our teams have the knowledge they need. They author requirements and partner with product development and others in the organization to ensure the timely delivery of new features and other updates. The Sr. Product Business Analyst also acts as a liaison and product expert between Technical Support and other internal organizations that need to understand the complexities of the solution. 

Expected Duties:
-Sr. Product Business Analysts will define the root causes of business problems with general guidance
-Expected to elicit, generate, and refine product requirements for new and existing system functionality
-Responsible for documenting requirements in software development lifecycle artifacts
-Sr. Product Business Analysts will contribute to the preparation and review of test procedures and reports
-The role will test out the business processes and recommend relevant improvements
-Expected to provide support as a project team member as needed 

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience)
-Be able to work on problems of a moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
-Be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
-Ability to apply learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems
-Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions

Salary range of $94,500 - $133,400. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
