POSITION SUMMARY 

The Admin Pro Consultant (System Administration Consultant) role requires understanding of the credit origination process and knowledge of the MeridianLink main platforms: MeridianLink Consumer (Loans) and MeridianLink Opening (Deposits).

The role will take care of the maintenance of the client’s system configuration, update the system, and collect business requirements through frequent interaction with the client.  

This role is customer service and customer satisfaction oriented. This role requires organization and time management skills. In this role, you will act as our client’s site administrator supporting the full life cycle of initial and subsequent site configuration for software systems licensed by MeridianLink. This includes managing client expectations, meeting timelines, and educating clients on software capabilities. Clients will look to you as the subject matter expert regarding our software and optimizing the utilization of the site.

Expected Duties:  

•A working understanding of MeridianLink’ s licensed software and its capabilities to educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients. 

•Expected to be responsible for client innovation and leadership in developing and implementing initiatives that support clients’ goals and objectives. 

•System Administration Consultants will manage Admin Pro clients by collecting business requirements and implementing changes in the MeridianLink Consumer, Opening, and Portal systems. 

•Expected to organize tasks to maximize productivity and efficient utilization of internal resources and software while adhering to project schedules and effectively meeting timelines. 

•Responsible for utilizing department-developed tools and methodologies to create final deliverables to be provided to clients on assigned schedules and interface directly with client teams to review results and recommendations using a consultative approach. 

•System Administration Consultants will identify potential issues and facilitate sensible resolutions before they become escalation items and communicate product improvements to the customers. 

•Expected to participate in the internal processes of knowledge sharing and product/service innovation. 

•Support the internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations through a project cycle with a focus on driving project resources toward project completion while providing the highest level of proactive and responsive client service in response to and in anticipation of client questions and requests. 

•Support project resources in meeting expected timelines and organize tasks to maximize productivity and utilization.  

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

•Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required. 

•Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. 

•Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions. 

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 

•At least 2-4 years of related experience in loan origination/account origination systems.  

•Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems 

•Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities and priorities at the same time. 

•Effective presentation skills demonstrated by comfort in speaking to groups remotely. 

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

•Knowledge of customer service principles and practices 

•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary range of $71,000 - $100,200. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
