As the Digital Marketer for Merkle Science, you will work directly with the Director, Global Marketing and Demand Generation Lead to drive growth for the organization via performance marketing, search engine optimization, social media management, conversion rate optimization, online asset management, etc. This role is pivotal to the company’s growth objectives and provides a huge opportunity for development and growth as the organization scales.

What You Will Do

    • Paid Demand Generation 
    • LinkedIn Advertising (account strategy, campaign setup, execution, analysis and reporting).

      S.E.M. - Google Ads (working on SEMrush to create account strategy, campaign setup, execution, analysis and reporting).

    • Organic Demand Generation
    • S.E.O. (focussed on ‘on-page’ tactics & content driver).

      Content Marketing (a content first approach to acing the rankings game, with strong support from the content writers and broader team)

    • Social Media Management & ORM
    • End-to-end management of all our social media handles - focus on LinkedIn and Twitter with exploration of other channels such as Telegram, Discord and Twitch.

      Maintaining a Content Calendar (with shared ownership between the design and content teams)

      Scheduling posts via HubSpot

      Analysis and Reporting 

    • Website, Blog & CMS Management
    • Uploading blog articles via HubSpot/Webflow, technically structuring domains in an optimized manner for rankings, etc. 

      Creating and updating web pages on Hubspot and Webflow

    • Marketing Operations (HubSpot)
    • Creating and automating Marketing Ops processes with workflows, training/troubleshooting with the broader team, etc. (with shared ownership between the marketing ops and broader demand gen. teams)

    • C.R.O.
    • Conceptualizing, creating (wireframes) and testing our core conversion assets such as landing pages, ad creatives, ad copies, etc. (with shared ownership between the Demand Generation Lead)

What You Should Have:

    • 3-4 years of Digital Marketing experience in a B2B/SaaS (mid-market or enterprise) environment 
    • 2-3 years of Performance Marketing experience (B2B) via LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
    • Experience with tools Marketing Automation/CRM/Research tools such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Salesforce, etc. 
    • 1-2 years of experience in SEO (mid-market or enterprise).
    • Brownies points if you come from a high-growth start-up!
    • Strong communication skills and a high EQ, to work your way around with the broader sales & marketing teams and quickly build strong relationships.
