🌟 Team and Role

The company is seeking an experienced Marketing leader able to leverage the full marketing mix to build our brand and drive demand globally. The successful candidate will be target driven, have a strong bias to action and the ability to keep pace with the evolving demands of a scaling company. This role provides the right candidate with the exciting opportunity to play a fundamental role in the growth of Merkle Science and work closely with the marketing team and the broader business to exceed our goals.

💥 What will you do?

    • Craft the marketing strategy and prioritize initiatives based on historic quantitative results and predicted business impact.
    • Conduct market research, ensuring the voice of our customers’ is heard, keeping up to speed with market trends and foreseeing future trends, to inform marketing decisions and strategies. 
    • Create and execute innovative multi-channel demand generation campaigns, in close collaboration with the wider marketing team, to ensure sales targets are met.  
    • Build brand awareness and thought leadership status with target audiences, partners, influencers and investors in partnership with the PR and communications team and (where necessary) local PR agencies.
    • Research, plan and execute world class events, award programs, and webinars.
    • Manage relationships with 3rd party agencies, partners, vendors and influencers.
    • Enable sales by creating customer testimonials and case studies, press releases, videos, website copy, blog and social posts to support the end-to-end buyer and client journeys.

👀 What are we looking for?

    • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally working for B2B SaaS company in hypergrowth.
    • Prior product marketing experience is required.
    • Experience in the crypto industry is strongly preferred.
    • Strong bias to action - we are a rapidly scaling company and the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of keeping pace with the demands of a company like ours and delivering measurable marketing generated growth. 
    • Ability to build effective relationships with business stakeholders.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: the successful candidate will be expected to write marketing and sales collateral with minimal oversight.
    • Ability to take complex topics and create compelling narratives for target audiences.
    • An understanding of our product’s core concepts (cryptocurrencies, crypto crime, and cybersecurity).
    • Ability to work in a fast-changing, cross-functional environment, while maintaining an entrepreneurial approach and building rapport with ease.
