Merlin Global Services has an immediate opening for a recruiter with proven experience in a government contracting staffing environment. You will be responsible for following established strategies, filling candidate pipelines, and interviewing potential candidates in a fast-paced environment.  The right individual must provide flawless execution for candidates, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and sense of urgency.

Essential Functions:

- Possess a familiarity of US military, government contractors, specifically with aviation
- Full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and requisition management
- Provide sourcing and recruiting support to Intelligence programs
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring
- Develop innovative ways to source candidates to produce sustainable talent pipelines
- Facilitate the screening and selection process between candidates and hiring teams which includes
internal training as necessary
- Maintain detailed communications with managers, candidates, and stakeholders to stay apprised of
status and general coordination, negotiating and closing offers, and process improvements
- Proactive tracking of progress and all recruiting activities in our applicant tracking system
- Analyze staffing trends and results for continuous improvement of our strategies and process
- Foster Global Inclusion and Diversity in business hiring practices
- Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities with a high sense of urgency and thorough
execution of established processes
- Familiarity with Affirmative Action plans, tracking & reporting
- Ability to acquire and maintain a secret clearance


Minimum Experience / Education Requirements:
-   Experience recruiting highly skilled professionals in Government contracting staffing environments
-      Experience recruiting and hiring individuals with high level security clearances within the ISR
(Intelligence, Surveillance, and reconnaissance)community
-      Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems to source, track, and measure results
-      Experience in high volume recruiting environment
-      Must have strong HR knowledge to include benefits, compensation, and performance
  management
-      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal
-      Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
-      Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
-      Ability to work under pressure
-      Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
