Essential Functions:

    • Process and submit employee and program changes to finance and HR through a change request
    • Ensure completion and accuracy of employee time cards and Concur expense reports, making corrections as needed
    • Monitor and participate in onboarding for new hires in partnership with HR
    • Maintain a standardized flow of completion for new hires based on program requirements
    • Procure, track, sort, and assess pricing backup data for proposals and organize in a presentable manner
    • Organize newly gathered information and make it accessible to stakeholders
    • Provide accurate and quality customer service and information to employees via phone or email
    • Provide comprehensive reports out to senior leaders on assignments and other related projects
    • Offer ideas and participate in ‘lessons learned’ meetings to develop improvements in current processes
    • Maintain standardization of program file structure on Share Drive, ensuring final versions of electronic documents, spreadsheets and PDF’s are filed appropriately
    • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines

Minimum Experience/Education Requirements:

    • Associates Degree in Project Management or knowledge of Project Management practices and theories
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Products to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access
    • Proficiency with Adobe Products to include Acrobat Pro
    • Must have DoD experience
    • Must be proficient with Concur & Excel
