About you:
Are you a professional who works well in, and can lead, a small team and who thrives in a dynamic
situation? Looking for a role where you’ll be right at the forefront of flight operations with opportunities
unlike most other aviation companies? Are you an experienced supply chain manager, familiar with both
air and ground freight operations and Aircraft parts procurement? If so, you might just be who we are
looking for to join the Merlin team.


    • Be a team player able to interact seamlessly with senior leadership, peers and external organisations;
    • Have a proven ability to manage allocated tasks in allotted timeframes;
    • Be confident and competent with the ability to manage daily logistic operations without close supervision;
    • Have experience leading small, diverse teams in dynamic situations;
    • Be someone who is intellectually curious and eager to further develop their knowledge and skills.


    • NZ resident or citizen;
    • Excellent communication and management skills;
    • Dangerous Goods training, qualifications and handling experience;
    • Supply chain management qualifications and experience;
    • Aircraft part procurement experience;
    • Air and/or Surface freight handling qualifications and experience;
    • Experience using safety management systems;


    • Experience in the aviation industry, including Part135 operations;
    • First Aid training;
    • Demonstrated competence with IT systems including MSOffice, Air
    • Maestro,/Aeronet/Aerotrack, SAP; and
    • Willingness to relocate to Kerikeri.
