About the Role
We're looking for our first Account Manager! We have 700+ customers across various Metabase products and services, and the person in this role will be interacting with customers and prospects on a daily basis. The cadence will include following up with customers to build and expand relationships and also working with our sales team to close deals as needed.


Responsibilities

    • Onboard new customers
    • Shepherd the renewal process
    • Advocate for the health of the customer relationship by proactively bringing issues to our team
    • Assist the sales team when needed for RFIs
    • Work in tandem with our Product and Marketing teams to address customer needs and document use cases

About you

    • 1-2 years in account management or technology sales
    • Motivated to continuously improve the customer relationship - finding what could serve customers better within our existing features while communicating other needs to our Product team
    • Self-starter - we're a small team where every person counts
    • Detail oriented - we aim for the customer to only tell us once, keeping our records up to date and precise allows for better coverage across teams
    • Enjoys remote work environments - our team is fully distributed and we plan to stay that way!
